About Margaret Mead

Margaret Mary Mead A little bit about me. As a seasoned real estate veteran, I have been successfully helping my clients buy and sell their properties since 1981. My desire to make the real estate transactions run as smoothly and effortlessly as possible is what drives me to do the utmost best for my clients every day. I know that the buying and selling process can be much like riding a roller coaster – there are many ups and downs, sometimes even dark tunnels – fortunately, I am here to make sure that they stay on the rails and see the light at the end. My greatest talent is having my clients feel safe and secure knowing that both their needs and their wishes are being met.

With over 40 years of negotiation skills, the final stages of firming up a contract are second nature to me. While remaining optimistic and positive in all stages of the real estate transaction, I promise to remain persistent and I will continue to fight for my clients to ensure that they get more than what they expected.

When I started in real estate, my father Cedric Greenhill DFC, FRI, was my Broker. He taught me the importance of maintaining relationships with both clients and fellow agents, as well as respecting any agreements made between parties - verbal or written. My father drilled into my head "Our word is our bond, make sure it is a good one. It is the only thing people will remember us by" and that is the mantra that I have built my real estate career on.
